The nose is fruity, well-built and precise. It reveals notes of quince, honeysuckle and small notes of fresh lilac/orange flowers associated with fine touches of white fruits, crushed yellow plum as well as fine hints of beeswax/brioches, dried mandarin zests and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers minerality, a beautiful acidulous frame as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, lemon, kumquat and small notes of orange flowers associated with small touches of brioche, butter, toasted and spices.
