Beautiful, elegant, fresh and complex nose that offers delicacy in its intensity. A wine that needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy peach, fresh apricot and small notes of fresh flowers (acacia, orange blossom, apricot blossom) associated with touches of pulpy/fresh pear, as well as hints of quenette, fresh physalis, a subtle hint of exotic fruit and a delicate hint of sage. The palate is beautifully fruity, gourmande, round, delicate and offers a rich, juicy, fresh and delicate touch. It also offers an incisive and enveloping side, with superb texture, energy and complexity. In mouth this wine expresses notes of quenette, lychee and small notes of bright vine peach, combined with touches of crunchy brugnon, peach blossom, verbena as well as discreet hints of sweet white grapefruit and fine touches of small crushed exotic fruits. A subtle hint of mesocarp and acacia and a subtle, almost buttery, salty hint in the background. Good length. Discreet and elegant work on the good bitterness.
