The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers fruit as well as a certain complexity and a refined bouquet of spices and flowers. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, ripe morello cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry coulis, wild strawberry, redcurrant jelly, associated with menthol and aniseed notes (wild mint, even pine needles, licorice, almost star anise), with a refined floral notes (fresh rose, iris, violet) and delicate notes of sweet spices (ground cumin, white pepper). The palate is chiseled, straight, fruity and juicy.
