The nose is aromatic, fresh, elegant and relatively incisive. It reveals notes of flowers and subtle notes of anise, apple associated with slight notes of quince and yellow fruit. The palate is fruity, fresh, harmonious and offers fat, a racy minerality and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, hawthorn / anise, flowers, white fruit and a discreet hint of exotic fruits associated with discreet notes of yellow fruit. Good length and persistence.
