The nose is fruity, elegant and offers precision, saline minerality as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of pear, vine peach and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with very discreet hints of anis/aromatic plants and a very discreet hint of butter (in the background). The palate is fruity, racy and offers minerality, a beautiful finesse of the grain, fat, as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, green apple and small notes of vine peach associated with touches of juicy mirabelle, a hint of kumquat as well as discreet hints of toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of bee wax.
