(Grenache Blanc, Viogner, Roussanne, Clairette) The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, silky, with notes of ripe stone fruit and fragrant white flowers. It expresses fresh notes of citrus fruits (orange, lemon zest, ripe lemon), juicy white peach, sweet apricot, melon, mirabelle plum, honey, as well as fresh white flowers (acacia, lily, apple blossom) and a tangy touch of ripe green apple in the background, combined with a fine mineral hint. On the palate, the wine offers juiciness, a silky texture and airiness. It expresses notes of white peach and juicy yellow peach, mirabelle plum, yellow plum, as well as candied lemon peel and white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, as well as a sweet touch of orange blossom ), combined with a touch of honey and dried herbs in the base. The finish is savoury, persistent and offers a good balance between roundness, freshness and bitterness. The acidity is lively and pleasant.
