The nose is relatively fruity and finely creamy. It reveals notes of egg cream and crushed apple associated with fine notes of crunchy white peach as well as a discreet hint of quince and pear. The palate is fruity and well-balanced. The effervescence is lively, dynamic and offers average size bubbles. On the palate this Crémant expresses notes of crunchy peach and green apple sorbet associated with small notes of quince, lemon / zest of lemon and an imperceptible hint of almond.
