The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a fine aromatic power, freshness. It reveals notes of juicy lemon/zests, fresh fruits associated with a fine hint of fresh white rose and very discreet hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat, suavity, roundness as well as a small gourmandize freshness and a quite fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy yellow apple, fresh/juicy green apple, small notes of juicy Mirabelle associated with touches of lemon, zests as well as fine hints of racy minerality, very fine hints of toasted, bee wax and discreet hints of sweet spices.
