The nose is elegant, mineral, racy and offers a fine grain. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, blackberry and small notes of small fresh red berries associated with very fine hints of violet, thyme flowers, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of zan, tea and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy raspberry, juicy bigarreau cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of violet, juicy/crunchy plum, flint and mocha. Tannins are elegant, fine and very discreetly firm. A beautiful persistence.
