The wine has a pretty melon colour, limpid and shiny. The nose is fresh with a hint of minerality. There are notes of almond and cream as well as crunchy black berries. The palate is fresh and spicy with nutmeg. There are notes of small crunchy black fruits like blackcurrant. We also perceive fine imperceptible touches of apple and tangerine leaf. It is refreshing.
