Domaine de La Pinte – Savagnin 2018 – Arbois

(Organic) The nose is fruity and offers a crunchy fruit. There are bright notes of crunchy mirabelle plum, peach and more slightly kumquat combined with a discreet hint of pear and quince. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, acidity, freshness, some minerality and a fine chiselled edge. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quenette, bright/juicy peach and more slightly juicy kumquat combined with hints of gunflint/racy, exotic fruits, juicy/crunchy white fruits and a subtle pineapple hint (in the background). Good length. A very discreet toasty/tannic and buttery touch on the finish.
