(Biodynamic) The wine shows a deep ruby colour with a purple hint. The nose is a bit restrained, needs some aeration. It opens up with nuances of ripe black cherries and blackberries, a touch of black raspberries, chocolate and cocoa notes. The palate is dense and concentrated, offering a lot of ripeness and density, refreshing, crunchy acidity and bold, grippy, well-managed tannins. On the palate the notes of black fruits interlace gracefully with nuances of pungent spices, cloves and balsamic notes. Long, juicy, slightly drying finish.
