The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, gourmande, well-built and offers delicacy, finesse, unctuosity, a mineral frame, a fine acidity as well as a beautiful texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sour cherry / black cherry, ripe / crushed blueberry, plum associated with small notes wild strawberry / wild red berries as well as slight hints of cocoa and a very discreet hint of caramelization / Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are slightly mellow. Power on the finish.
