The nose is flowery, fruity and offers a small minerality. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh blackberry, lilac, cornflower and small notes of juicy/fresh red fruits associated with fine touches of liquorice stick as well as an imperceptible hint of sugared mild tobacco. The palate is fruiy, well-balanced and offers minerality, freshness, an acidulous frame, tension, suvaity, fullness, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of cornflower, lilac associated with fine touches of chocolate, toasted/caramelized oak as well as very discreet hints of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistence.
