The nose is aromatic and richer than the 2012 vintage. It reveals notes of candied fruit and quince combined with a touch of litchi, honey and floral notes in the background. The palate is fresh, full/ample, balanced and a bit rich. In the mouth it expresses notes of candied citrus, quince, pear and slight notes of apple (in the background) associated with a few small notes of honey, spices, ginger and gingerbread. Good length and persistence. A wine that has a better aging potential that the 2012 vintage.
