It reveals notes if cassis, coffee and fine notes of crushed blackberry associated with fine/discreet touches of crushed strawberry, oak, spices as well as discreet hint of Cuben pepper, spices and a very discreet hint of caramelization. The palate is fresh, juicy, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, minerality, tension, gourmandize, dynamism, an acid frame, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and more slightly blueberry associated with fine touches of dark chocolate/tonka bean, coffee as well as fine touches of oak and discreet touches of Cuben pepper (in the background).
