Nice deep red color, limpid and shiny. The first nose is discreet with notes of blackberry and rose. With aeration, the nose opens up but remains subtle. We have sweet spices and vanilla. The attack is fresh. There is a salivating acidity on the palate. The tannins are smooth. The palate is also discreet with noticeable notes of blackberry and cassis with black pepper. There are vanilla and sundried tomato. The finish is a little dry on crunchy berries. It’s simple.
