The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, gourmandize, roundness, fat in delicacy, a fine tension, silkiness, an acidulous frame as well as finesse in the guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy pear, mirabelle plum and small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of lemon, zest as well as a subtle hint of star fruit and anise. Presence of a subtle hint of fresh hazelnut (in the background) and fresh flowers.
