(96% Chardonnay, 4% Chenin) The nose is fruity and offers a certain small concentration as well as power. It reveals notes of fresh mirabelle plum, dried zest and small notes of quince associated with small touches of tangerine zest, white flowers as well as slight hints of flint, fresh verbena as well as a very discreet hint of butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, gourmandize, roundness, fat in delicacy, a fine tension, silkiness, an acidulous frame as well as finesse in the guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy pear, mirabelle plum and small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of lemon, zest as well as a subtle hint of star fruit and anise. Presence of a subtle hint of fresh hazelnut (in the background) and fresh flowers.
