(organic) The nose is elegant, racy and offers power (well-controlled) as well as a certain richness (well-controlled / well-well-balanced). It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of rose, fresh lilac as well as small touches of Cuben pepper, acidulous Quetsche plum as well as hints of tonka bean, nutmeg and discreet toasted hints. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-well-balanced, elegant and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, an aerial side (despite the richness), a good definition, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the tension, energy as well as a beautiful well-balanced in its richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of pulpy / fleshy raspberry associated with touches of fresh small red fruits, fresh lilac, rose as well as discreet hints of chocolate, toasted and a subtle hint of nutmeg. Tannins are elegant, finely mellow and beautifully precise. Presence of a very discreet good bitterness / roasting on the persistence (brings peps). A gourmand, generous and complex wine, full of finesse and which offers a beautiful aerial side in the mouth. Presence of a very fine chew on the persistence.
