The nose is fruity, mineral, precise and offers a slight straight side. It reveals notes of fresh ripe lemon, fresh/fleshy ripe apple associated with fine touches of quince as well as discreet hints of zests and a very discreet hint of flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, fat, an acidulous frame as well as an almost saline minerality/flint. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ripe green apple, crunchy peach and small notes of quince associated with very discreet hints of zests. Good length and persistence.
