Domaine Chatelain – Les Charmes 2016 – Pouilly-Fumé

The nose is fresh, fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of ripe lime, ripe vine peach and small notes of juicy grape associated with fine hints of flowers, zests and flint. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous/juicy frame, suavity, fat, roundness, a small unctuosity as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy vine peach and small notes of pear associated with touches of zests as well as hints of minerality and a very discreet hint of white flowers. Good length.
