The nose is fruity, well-balanced and offers fleshiness as well as a fine elegance. It reveals notes of quince, fleshy peach and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with a hint of racy minerality, a very discreet hint of ripe apricot as well as an imperceptible touch of vanilla and salinity / iodine. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, fine, slightly fleshy / unctuous and offers a fine acid frame, straightness / tension, gourmandise as well as a racy minerality (almost saline / iodine). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / crunchy vine peach and ripe lemon associated with fine / discreet touches of green apple, grape, mandarin (in the background), quenette as well as a very discreet touch of apricot and almond. Good length. There is a fine acidity on the finish / persistence. The persistence is goumande and suave.
