Domaine Cartaux Bougaud 2014 – Côtes du Jura

The nose is fresh with a certain concentration, framed, with a little straightness and a stretched side. There are notes of zest, a hint of lemon and more slightly tangy apricots associated with touches of pulpy small yellow fruits as well as fine hints of honey. There are pineapple and baked apple as well as white flowers. The palate is fresh, well-balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a good definition, gourmandize, straightness, a smooth finish, a little tension, an acidic frame, flavor / salinity as well as a certain finesse. There are notes of juicy lemon, juicy kumquat and slightly tangy apricots combined with hints of pineapple, baked apples and a hint of flowers. There are toasted hints, almond, a hint of lemon blossoms as well as a subtle hint of acacia, honey and toast in the background. Good length.
