It reveals notes of boysenberry, plum and strawberry associated with small notes of liquorice as well as slight hints of redcurrant jam, crushed raspberry, black pepper as well as discreet hints of dark chocolate. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, well-balanced and offers good definition, fine tension, gourmandise, dynamism as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and Quetsche plum associated with small touches of redcurrant jam, crushed raspberry as well as slight toasted hints, chocolate and a discreet hint of hazelnut.
