This crémant has a clear and shiny color with a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh, intense and fruity with tropical notes like mango. But we also perceive fresh apple and juicy yellow peach. There is also a discreet hint of violet. When aired it is more discreet and calm. We have touches of dried fruits like almond and a hint of salinity. The tasting is fresh with the salinity which is marked at the attack. We find yellow apple, plum but also lemon blossom. There is a marked minerality with this almost iodized salinity. The finish is fine.
