This crémant has a clear andshiny straw yellow color. The bubbles are fine. The nose is fresh with minerality and even a discreet earthy hint. We also have fruit, green. The second nose presents notes of bergamot and a bitter impression like a hint of gentian. The tasting is fresh. The attack is frank with a dynamic effervescence. We find this note of gentian with touches of lemon. There is a velvetiness in the mid-palate which is interesting with the minerality and the straightness of the tasting. We perceive a hint of salinity in the finish.
