The palate offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful balance, freshness as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dry apricot, crystallized lemon and small notes of crystallized vine peach associated with fine hints of toasted almond, nougatine as well as a very discreet hint of toasted. A very discreet hint of toasted hazelnut, nougatine and an imperceptible hint of grilled on the persistence.
