Domaine Baud Génération 9 – Les Prémices 2015 – Côtes du Jura

The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers richness as well as finesse. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, small yellow fruits and small notes of white flowers / rose associated with small touches of lychee, citrus, nuts and almonds. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, unctuous and offers fat, a fine tension, a small freshness, a good precision as well as a fine mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of green apple, crushed Mirabelle plum and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with fine touches of vanilla, butter, almond and a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background).
