The nose is elegant, beautifully aromatic and offers finesse. It reveals notes of kumquat, dried mandarin and small notes of dried peach combined with touches of quince, dried fruits as well as a hint of dried apricot, nutmeg, hazelnut and spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers an acidulous / juicy frame, a beautiful tension, a very fine richness, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful definition / guideline, a small freshness as well as depthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, dried kumquat and small notes of dried small white fruits combined with a touch of juicy citrus (orange, lemon) as well as hints of flowers, beeswax, brioche, toast and spices. Good length and persistence. A very discreet chews on the finish. Sapidity and gourmandise on the finish. Beautiful wine!
