The nose is fruity, fresh, gourmand, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful ripe / juicy / fleshy fruit. It reveals notes of ripe red cherry, wild strawberry and small notes of plum, blackberry associated with small touches of cassis, redcurrants and discreet toasted hints, Zan and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, elegant, ample and offers a beautiful finesse, a beautiful tension, a slight juiciness, a slight suavity, a nice mineral frame, a nice freshness as well as slight gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cherry, ripe / juicy raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, plum, ripe / crushed redcurrant, subtle touches of sweet spices, toasted touches, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of spices, chocolate (in the background) as well as an imperceptible touch of cardamom. Tannins are very fine and slightly firm. Good length and persistence.
