The nose is beautifully elegant, precise and offers a nice racy grain, intensity, a multi-layered side as well as richness in finesse and delicacy. There are notes of bright cassis, bright purple plum and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of fleshy wild strawberry, violet, fine / delicate hints of black tea, zan, as well as a subtle hint of cornflowers and sweet spices. A delicate hint of cardamom appears (in the background) after glass work. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse, elegance, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine hint of sapidity, a fine freshness, energy, deepness as well as richness (in delicacy / precision). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, fleshy / juicy blackberry and small notes of crushed blue plum associated with touches of crunchy raspberry, cherry blossoms, violet as well as hints of caramelization, toasted, black tea and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut. Tannins are elegant, fine and precise. Good length. Presence of a discreet toasted hint on the persistence. Good persistence (16 caudalies). Pretty delicacy !
