It expresses the flavors of stewed red cherry, fresh morello cherry, strawberry, raspberry, crushed blueberry and mint in the background. The finish is chiseled, tangy and fruity, with a touch of violet on the finish and a slight bitterness. A young wine, with light aromas of fermentation, but structured and gourmand.
