The nose is aromatic and quite elegant. It reveals notes of apple peel, lemongrass and slight notes of citrus. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively fat, tight, quite ample and offers freshness, tension and a slightly unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of nectarine, citrus (lemon, tangerine) associated with small notes of apple and a slight note of quince, lemon zest. Good length and persistence (with notes of lemon and lime zest).
