The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of apple and slight notes of ripe citrus associated with a hint of minerality, lemon zests/pomelo as well as a discreet hint of exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers a beautiful fat, a slight acid frame, a very slight unctuosity, a good freshness, a good volume as well as a slight racy minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon, ripe mandarin and slight notes of green apple, quenette/exotic fruits associated with a very discreet hint of lemon zests in the background. Good length and aromatic persistence.
