The nose is fresh, incisive and offers a fine intensity, elegance as well as a fine grain and raciness. It reveals notes of Golden apple, Williams pear and small notes of juicy/ripe quince associated with touches of honeysuckle, apple flowers, a subtle hint of mesocarp as well as discreet hints of quenette and lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a beautiful tension, a good definition, a fine straightness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, juicy/ripe pear and small notes of apple associated with fine touches of exotic fruits/Quenette, ripe/juicy quince as well as a very discreet hint of zests and very fine hints of racy minerality/flint. Good length. A beautiful wine!
