The wine demonstrates a light, almost transparent lemon-green colour with a silver tinge. The nose is aromatic, slightly reductive, revealing notes of fresh cut grass, gooseberry, lime, acacia against a backdrop of white pepper. The palate is light, seems slightly diluted. It shows nuances of green apple, lemon, unripe pineapple, a hint of asparagus and some herbaceous tone. The finish is straightforward, fresh and does not last long.
