The colour is crystalline, very pale lemon-green. On the nose the wine is slightly muted at first, later opening up with notes of honeysuckle, apple blossom, acacia, very delicate nuances of green and white apple, a touch of lime zest. The palate shows plenty of green and herbaceous notes like fresh cut grass, asparagus, a touch of green apple, lime, green melon. The wine shows some elegance and finesse. The finish is refreshing, slightly bitter, with a pronounced saline note.
