The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine mineral texture as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sweet cherry, sweet raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with small hints of strawberry and a very discreet hint of grove / olive. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of liquorice on the persistence.
