The nose is slightly dry and offers a fine power. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of raspberry, gray pepper and small notes of fleshy cassis associated with fine touches of tobacco, cardamom as well as a hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of dry ground of local forest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, fleshy, a fine acidulous frame, straightness, a fine freshness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy plu, fleshy cherry and small notes of juicy blueberry associated with a touch of fresh/juicy raspberry as well as hints of toasted, chocolate, tea, cardamom and a very discreet hint of dry ground of local forest. Gourmandize on the finish. There is a very fine hint of almond on the persistence.
