On the nose it is fruity and it offers power, fine grain, good definition and some juiciness. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, fleshy cassis and slightly Quetsche plum associated with fine hints of berry fruit, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of spice. On the palate is elegant and offers gourmandize, a little richness, a nice fat. The wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, pulpy strawberries and more slightly violet associated with touches of violet plum, hints of lilac, lily, nutmeg, cardamom as well as fine hints of camphor and a subtle hint of local grove. The tannins are well-built. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
