The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, finesse, roundness, freshness, a fine richness / intensity, tension, a fine acidulous frame, elegance as well as ‘a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of candied mandarin, crystallized orange and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of crushed apricot, candied peach, subtle hints of caramelization, Bourbon vanilla as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices, cardamom, pepper and a subtle hint of chocolate on the finish / persistence.
