It reveals notes of caramelized peach, Zante currants and small notes of caramel associated with a touch of dried lemon zest, lychee as well as slight hints of Tarte Tatin, caramelization, toasted, cedarwood / rancio, a very discreet hint of toasted oak, incense and an imperceptible hint of vanilla pod. The palate is fruity, well balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, suavity as well as a fine richness. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized apple, Tarte Tatin and small notes of juicy kumquat / lemon associated with small touches of quenette, lychee, lemon flowers as well as small hints of crushed pear, caramelization , rancio, nougatine and toasted hazelnut. Power on the finish. Beautiful
