(Bottled in November 2019) The nose is elegant and offers a very fine grain, power as well as a fine freshness. It reveals notes of dried quince, dried kumquat and small notes of dried apple associated with fine touches of pear, lychee as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers, Sichuan pepper and dried flowers. The mouth is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition, a fine juiciness, elegance, an acidulous frame, precision as well as finesse. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized mandarin, caramelized lemon, juicy vine peach and small notes of juicy quenette associated with fine touches of juicy apple as well as fine hints of caramelization, pâtisseries and discreet hints of coffee / chocolate on the finish. Good length and persistence. A very discreet firmness on the finish.
