On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized mandarin, caramelized lemon, juicy vine peach and small notes of juicy quenette associated with fine touches of juicy apple as well as fine hints of caramelization, pâtisseries and discreet hints of coffee / chocolate on the finish. Good length and persistence. A very discreet firmness on the finish.
