(produced since 1953) A Cognac made in a more classic style than for the cuvée ”Pale & Dry”. It’s more round, spicy and elegant than the ”Pale & Dry”. It expresses notes of prunes, dried fruit and citrus notes combined with spicy notes, woody notes and rancio. The palate is fresh, soft and quite complex. A Cognac made in a more “masculine” style and more powerful in the mouth than the Pale & Dry.
