The palate is fruty, juicy, mineral, elegant, nicely balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, tension, a nice structure, suavity as well as a beautiful gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy black cherry and touches of fleshy/juicy raspberry, juicy/fleshy Quetsche plum associated with hints of toasted oak as well as a subtle hint of mocha, spices and a discreet hint of caramelization.
