The nose is fine, elegant and offers power. It reveals notes of citron, candied orange and small notes of crystallized tangerine, yellow grapes, quince associated with small touches of dried zest, rancio, a subtle hint of white flowers / violet as well as fine hints of brioche, spices and a very discreet hint of pâtisseries (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a fine juiciness, a fine mineral frame, a beautiful definition, a good guideline, finesse and a small tension. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized tangerine and small notes of dried orange, quince, kumquat associated with small touches of caramel / pâtisseries as well as fine touches of vanilla, cinnamon stick and sweet spices. Good length.
