It reveals notes of raisins, lemon zest and small notes of dried apple associated with discreet hints of cocoa, incense, caramelization as well as slight hints of gray pepper and very discreet notes of dried yellow fruits. The palate is fruity and offers a small juiciness, a very fine freshness, a very fine acidulous frame (in the background), gourmandise, roundness, a beautiful finesse, a very beautiful precision, a very beautiful grain, dynamism, a fine roundness as well as a gourmand and beautiful matter. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of dried lemon, dried orange zest and small notes of juicy small yellow fruits associated with discreet hints of juicy peach, gray pepper and an imperceptible hint of juicy citrus and grilled oak / spices.
