The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, precision, a fine tension as well as a fine and slightly tight grain. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of caramelized mandarin, caramelized lemon and small notes of lemon zest, juicy lychee associated with fine touches of juicy green apple as well as a discreet hint of apple blossoms and a subtle hint caramelization / chocolate. Good length. Good persistence with a subtle hint of cedar and almond.
